All sales at while(true) are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.

while(true) respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your orders: your name, contact number, delivery address, and order details. We use this to fulfil orders, provide support, and send you updates about your purchases. We do not sell your personal information, and we share it only with the delivery partners who need it to bring your order to you. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, message us on WhatsApp.

What while(true) collects and why. When you place an order or message us, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and the contents of your conversation (including any payment slips you send). We use this to process orders, arrange delivery, confirm payments, and answer your questions. Messages may be handled by an AI assistant so we can reply faster; a person reviews anything that confirms an order or a payment. We keep this information for as long as we need it to run the business and meet accounting requirements, and you can ask us to view or delete it at any time.
